Question 1

How far in advance should I order?

Accepted Answer

For wedding cakes we recommend booking 3–6 months in advance. Celebration cakes can usually be accommodated with 2–3 weeks' notice, depending on the design.

Question 2

Do you offer tastings?

Accepted Answer

Yes — we offer a complimentary tasting and design consultation as part of every wedding cake booking. Tastings are by appointment only at our Ilford studio.

Question 3

Do you deliver?

Accepted Answer

We deliver with full set-up across London, Essex and the Home Counties. Delivery is charged at a nominal fee depending on distance and venue.

Question 4

Can you cater for dietary requirements?

Accepted Answer

Yes — we regularly bake eggless, gluten-free and dairy-free cakes. Please mention any dietary needs at enquiry stage.

Question 5

Are your cakes ever frozen?

Accepted Answer

Never. All our iced wedding cakes are baked approximately 48 hours before delivery so they're at their absolute freshest.

Question 6

How do I get a quote?

Accepted Answer

Send us an enquiry through the contact form with your event date, approximate guest count and any inspiration images. We'll respond with an indicative quote.
