In short – Super fresh! We work hard to make sure all our cakes are fresh as possible. We never freeze our baked goods. Celebration cakes and all buttercream wedding cakes are made less than 24hours before delivery/collection. Wedding cakes, no matter how large, intricate or the time of the year are never made more than 48 hours before your date. Your cake will be deliciously moist and fluffy on your day. This is a personal promise!
