Frequently Asked Questions

All kinds of allergens or their traces including wheat, eggs, soya, shellfish, sulphates and all kinds of nuts (including peanuts, sesame seeds and almonds) may have come into contact with your cakes and goods. Nut allergies and other allergies are taken very seriously. We will make sure no nuts/allergens are used during the preparation of your cake. We are happy to provide a full list of ingredients. However, please note all kinds of nuts and other allergens are routinely and openly used in our open kitchen. If you are worried about life threatening allergies or require medical assistance for your allergies, our cakes are not suitable for you/ your guests.

We are happy to make any cakes including fruit cakes alcohol free.

Yes, dairy-free cakes are not a problem at all. However, design options will be limited. Please call us to discuss your dietary requirements.

Of course. Please just let us know your dietary requirements.

Yes (with the exception of our matured fruit cakes) and these are perhaps the moistest and fluffiest eggless cakes you will ever have tried. There is no extra charge for this service.

Our team at Bespoke Cakes & Treats is pretty diligent. Celebration cakes require a notice of two working days. Wedding cakes require a three-five working day notice. However, this may vary during peak season time and also on your chosen design. Please give us a call and we may be able to help you at a very short notice.
